São Paulo midfielder Djhordney and fellow midfielder Pedro Ferreira have been called up to the Brazil under-20 national team for a pair of friendly matches during the upcoming international window. The matches against Peru will take place at the Mangueirão stadium in Belém on November 13 and 16. Because the fixtures coincide with the international break, both players will not miss any matches for São Paulo.
Meanwhile, Cuiabá left-back Lorenzo earned his first call-up to the under-20 side. The 19-year-old was included among the 27 players selected by coach Paulo Victor. Cuiabá president Cristiano Dresch emphasized the significance of the selection for the club's youth development work.
