Shakhtar Donetsk has officially returned to the Brazilian national team radar after more than eight years. The inclusion of Alisson Santana and Marlon in the squad announced by Carlo Ancelotti on Thursday marks the first time the Ukrainian club has had players selected for Brazil since the 2018 World Cup.
The two athletes were named in the roster for the friendly matches against Japan and Singapore scheduled for November. Before this selection, the last players from the club to represent the national team were Fred and Taison.
