One Fan threatens legal action against Corinthians over contract dispute
- One Fan issues extrajudicial notice to the club regarding its exclusive deal.
- The current contract for ticketing and technology is valid until 2032.
- Dispute arises from reports that Corinthians plans to hire Fever as a replacement.
According to ge, One Fan has officially notified Corinthians regarding a potential breach of their exclusive partnership. The company is threatening to take the matter to court if the club proceeds with plans to replace them with a new technology provider, Fever. One Fan currently manages the Fiel Torcedor membership program and ticketing operations for the São Paulo-based club.
The existing agreement between the two parties is set to run until the end of 2032. One Fan argues that any unilateral termination of this contract would be irregular and legally invalid. The formal notification was directed to the club's president, Osmar Stábile, and the head of the Deliberative Council, Romeu Tuma Júnior.
This development follows reports that Corinthians is seeking to modernize its digital infrastructure and ticketing systems through a new partnership. However, the current provider maintains that their exclusive rights must be respected until the original expiration date of the contract.
