GOLAZONEWSFC Porto prepares for Champions League clash against PSV Eindhoven
- FC Porto completed their final preparations for the Champions League match against PSV Eindhoven.
- Villas-Boas attended the training session, which featured nearly the entire squad.
- William Gomes and Vasco Sousa were the only players unavailable to Farioli.
FC Porto have wrapped up their preparations for the upcoming Champions League fixture against PSV Eindhoven. Club president Villas-Boas was present to observe the training session, which saw the group working at nearly full strength.
Manager Farioli was without William Gomes and Vasco Sousa during the session. The upcoming match presents a psychological challenge for the team, as Farioli, Inbeom Hwang, and Gimenez have previously experienced difficult results against the Dutch side.
Ivo Pinto, the Fortuna Sittard captain who has faced the Dutch champions this season, suggested that the best approach for FC Porto is to deny PSV possession to disrupt their rhythm. Meanwhile, midfielder Pablo Rosario maintains a significant history with the Eindhoven club, having established himself at the highest level and secured his first professional title there.
