  • Corinthians players are restricting locker room access on matchdays amid internal pressure.
  • The move follows weeks of tension and poor results for the squad.
  • Vasco members are voting on the sale of the club's SAF to Marcos Lamacchia.

Amid a period of crisis and pressure for better results, the Corinthians squad is taking steps to shield their locker room. Players have requested that access to the area on matchdays, particularly at the Neo Química Arena, be restricted solely to staff directly involved in the game. According to a report by ge, some view this measure as a signal to limit the presence of others, including club president Osmar Stabile.

Meanwhile, Vasco is finalizing the bureaucratic process regarding the sale of its SAF to Almirante Participações, a company owned by Marcos Lamacchia. On Friday, club members will participate in an Extraordinary General Assembly to decide whether to approve the transfer of shares. The vote is being held in a hybrid format from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with members unable to attend in person at the club's nautical headquarters in Lagoa provided with digital credentials to participate online.
