Clarence Seedorf has begun his tenure as the new head coach of Corinthians by implementing changes at the Joaquim Grava training center. In an effort to foster a positive environment for the squad, the Dutch manager requested that the television screens at the facility no longer display training schedules, match calendars, and league tables.
This appointment marks Seedorf's return to coaching after a significant hiatus. His last match as a manager took place on July 6, 2019, while leading the Cameroon national team during a 3-2 defeat against Nigeria in the Africa Cup of Nations round of 16. Since that date, Corinthians has seen 15 different coaches pass through the club.
